Twisted Pelvis Disc Herniation

Too many emails: Hazardous to health? It is easier to advocate the destruction of asynchronous technologies that address the lean, inflation indicators or permanent reporting

Many employees, particularly managers, feel this is called overloading "communicative" (number of data related to communication) and "information overload" (related to the number of data available to the employee), sources of stress for employees and lost productivity for businesses. That's why two recent initiatives at home and Canon Atos Origin on the management of "information overload", attract attention: they aim to reduce or even eliminate the use of electronic mail, a technology called "asynchronous" because the answer may not be immediate. The idea is to develop technologies "synchronous", which require any matter to an immediate response, such as a telephone or instant messaging on the assumption that messages will be fewer - not copy-and shorter - because the dialogue shall facilitate immediate solutions.

Conditions of Work and ICT into the ping pong Standing with the removal of asynchronous technologies?

Although email is very time consuming, but it still allows for a very small space of freedom in this jungle informational: the receiver is not under permanent pressure from the message sender and can prioritize its priorities and take some time - although it is often very short - to respond. It has an impression of working at their own pace ...
Foster synchronous technology is this a good solution? Not sure, because the risks this type of communication that requires an immediate response are well known: working under time pressure induces less thinking, more pressure and more stress. Only those who prefer the ping pong bridge or chess will benefit. But the table tennis champions do not play in competition 8 hours per day and 200 days a year for 42 years ...

mail Free Day at Canon: Call!
"Article 17: reception many mails that have been identified as one of the stressors, Canon France agrees to initiate a quarterly "day without mail" for learning ".
By analyzing the findings of a study on working conditions, conducted at the request of trade unions, the leadership of Canon France issued a 'charter to rediscover the work better, "establishing, inter alia in Article 17 that" day without mail , "the first of which was held December 3 2010. The study showed that each employee treated 5750 mails per year or 25 to 30 per day.
Management has also issued a document entitled "10 golden rules of proper use of email" whose rule No. 1 is as follows: "A simple phone call can often replace a mail: to speak or even better, where possible, to see the caller can definitely make the exchange more cordial, and often more effective . "(See press release of 9 December 2010)

"Exchange warmest?". It boggles the mind when you hear one of the leaders of the digital economy remotely extolling the benefits of proximity!

mail at ATOS Zero by 2014
Thierry Breton, CEO of Atos Origin , has set a target that company to become a computer services company "zero e-mail ; ' after finding that an employee spends between ten and twenty hours per week reading his e-mails and answer them, since the business or home (See: press release dated February 7, 2011 ). In 2010, he said, employees received an average of 200 emails per day, of which 18% were spam. He hopes that within three years, employees of software houses no longer use email to communicate internally, but will use instant messaging, microblogging (Twitter, ...), the social networks (Facebook, ...), collaborative services (Office Communicator, ...) and platforms community.
Atos speech is clearer than the Canon's are not talking about usability, but productivity. We are no longer "Turn your tongue seven times before responding," or "Allow time to time, or " Think "or even the society forward, but the company is zero delay "Answer anything but fast."

solutions limited too: changing technologies or changing the organization?

Consider the dangers of mail does not lack interest, but is it not at least as important to rest questions about the deterioration of working conditions caused by the excesses of lean , reporting and ongoing inflation indicators seeking to control activity in detail and the results of each employee in any place and at any time?

Charriol In Philippines

evening TV

Teen Mom and listen together a TV show they both love ... They love, they love "The Parent " ... they like to listen together and share their impressions of the various sketches, scenarios and situations .. Teen loves The great Thomas, which he finds funny and intelligent ... which He laughs at his lines and makes me sometimes naughty little eyes to listen to some replies ... Mom loves the "mom", she found that disorganized in its organization, smart in certain situations and exceeded in others, but always realistic and true ... They both laugh, but not necessarily the same places ... is harmony ...

Harmony is also to see both ... mother and son, settled comfortably on their large sofa too comfortable, a little more than sitting lying, legs well spread on the poof of the middle ... some pillows and blankets spread around them ... and ... and ... and ... their laptops on their legs ... Junior

chat with friends on MSN, Mom wrote a few lines on his blog ... and the whole, sharing a moment of calm and relaxation watching TV, while the 3 little mosquito cadets are already asleep in their night environment ...

Harmony family and sharing time mother and son in the era of the 21st century ...

Project Report For A New Business

Calia, Kalia

see, we were instead of play Kalia goes to a group of girls and they began playing together. I listen to half, until they say "you name?"

"Kalia"
"Me too"

Nothing extraordinary for them, they continued to play. Me, I'm going to send him for confirmation that his name was well Kalia. She said yes, I asked her how was written, she said, "Ka-bound." No way to know if his was a Ka Ka or Ca!

So I went asked to Mom. Phew! Our two girls are 'unique' - because the other written Calia. But what a surprise to stumble upon another C / Kalia, while I imagined that ours is the only one in all of Switzerland - and it lives 5 km away from us!

They are, of course, and Calia has a little sister who is three and a half in which might agree with Rebecca. So we exchanged our contact details. Maybe we'll meet again.

So We Were At The play area, and Kalia Went To Play With A group of girls. I Was half listening, up Until The time Where They Said "what's your name" to Each Other.

"Kalia"
"Me too"

They were completely unphased and carried on playing. I jumped up to go and check if her name really was Kalia. She said yes, but when I asked how her Kalia was spelt, she couldn't tell me the letters, but just the sounds "Ka lia". So I went to check with the Mum.

We were both very surprised to discover that our daughters weren't the only ones in the whole of Switzerland - and what's more that we only live a few miles apart. As it turns out, they are still unique, because her spelling is Calia. It was a very nice surprise, and they got on really well for the short time they were playing together. So we swapped phone numbers, and maybe we'll meet up some time. Calia has a little sister who is a bit older than Rebecca, so it could Be a good fit.

Is N3 Polar Or Nonpolar?

Heaven ... Paradise

Sunday 6 brought great beauty. In the afternoon, while Rebecca was taking a nap with his mother (well, it was supposed to take a nap!). I went out with Kalia trotinnette. She guided me to the playground where she "went with Flora when I was little (before his three years on!). She has enjoyed playing with friends she has made on site (including a surprise you find here soon). And I made a sun (and took the picture two days ago too.)

Like pretty much my composition of this photo. ll y a les deux trots. Puis il fallait cadrer pour éviter la poubelle à gauche. La haie est bien positionner pour cacher la ville en bas et ne laisser apparaître que les montagnes. Avez-vous remarqué l'avion?
Sunday 6th was beautiful weather. In the afternoon while Rebecca was (supposed to be) having her nap, Kalia and I went out on our trotinnettes. She showed me the way to a play area where she "used to go with Flore" - that'll be Flore who babysat her before she was 3! It amazes me how good her memory is for things like that.

She had a great time playing with friends who she made on the spot (including one very surprising one, more on that soon), while I soaked up lots of sun and generally just There sat contemplatin '. I'm quite

Pleased With The composition of this photo - The Two trots Against the bench. Framed to Avoid the bin off the the left. The hedge Conveniently hides and just below the Town Leaves The tops of the Mountains exacts. Did you spot the plane?

Good Date For Griha Pravesh In 2010

Tribute to my grandfather's grandfather

For the funeral of my grandfather, being the oldest of the grandchildren, I was commissioned by the family to write a tribute on behalf of all the grandchildren. .. After questioning several cousins / cousins on their memories with our grandfather, I composed the following lines:

Everybody wants to know a great man ....

We, the grandchildren of Lucien, we had this chance. We came close to a strong and proud man, a pioneer, a pillar, but above all, a good man, a man of heart, life and family. We were part of his life but we were important to him.

Our grandfather, the patriarch, the grandfather, who shows us the way, who welcomes us and tells us how to love ... For him, love him, it just happens naturally ... no complications ...

We remember his stories, his joy, his laughter and his jokes, but also, on his taffy and his blueberry pancakes. We remember his calm, his strength, his lucidity and his complicity with his better half ... We remember his blessing, so symbolic for all! We remember the nights of hockey! We remember her love of the forest, blueberries, ice fishing, walks in 4 wheels, healing and fun ... it was there!

Through him, we, his grandchildren, are proud people and good, loving parents, loving, committed to family values ... We forwarded his simplicity, his love and zest for life ... ... live intensely, enjoy the moment, enjoy life and the people you love, love them without restraint and stuff, naturally ... with ease ... it is the grand-daddy!

And all that makes us proud to be part of this family ... We are fortunate to have had a man like him at our side during all those years ... We are privileged to have known and loved ... and we are fortunate that '... we have loved

We are sad today, but we can be proud to have had him in our lives, to have been part of his and have had the pleasure and honor to give as much back-grandchildren he could take on his knees and dancing in his arms ...

This morning, cousins, unite our voices to say: Good Travel grandp'pa we love you!
Your grandchildren ...

- And for the last sentences, and cousins stood upright in the church to show their presence in the hope of mouth, a good trip to this man so important in our lives !!... It was a great moment of emotion!

Image: traditional family a blessing in my extended family ... Under the protection my grandfather, we have long been blessed by life, saved from grief, illness and tragedy ... hope it will continue to protect us from up there!

Reynaldo Gianecchini Cars

Names ... Magnifying glass

"Hobby" is saying too much, but for years (okay, decades), I collect in my mind of company names ... make me happy, that sound weird, well at once. Here in chronological order that I've discovered, starting with Dentressangle .
I can not really call it a hobby, goal for years (ok, decades), I've been round Carrying a collection of "funny" company names in my brain. Which names are weird, Which to my mind please. Presented here in chronological order, starting with Dentressangle .

Oddly, the first three to trucks, Christian Salvesen here, I discovered by looking through the image they have been bought in 2007 by Norbert Dentressangle.
Strangely, The First Three are all lorry-related. Christian Salvesen WAS Another haulage company. (I Discovered while searching optometrist Got Bought Out by Dentressangle in 2007).

By searching "Drinkwater Sabey" I discovered that they no longer exist for years, suddenly I'm wondering how I could see one of their trucks?

Another that I found in Britain is "Bartholomew Auffray" - is a supplier of equipment for restoration. Failed to find a website or a logo (or even a Google Streetview of one of their outlets!)
I'm not sure how I came to know about Drinkwater Sabey, from What I Can Tell searching on the net, They Ceased to exist years ago . Another company

That I Discovered in Brittany is "Bartholomew Auffray" - a professional cooking-ware supplier. Could not find a web site for 'em, or Even a logo, I Events unsuccessfully searched for a Google Streetview of One of Their shops!

Finally, it Rannou Metivier - with whom I have a special bond, because a my project during my exchange in Nantes as part of engineering education was design a machine that could manufacture their famous macaroons (until handmade). I finally have an idea, but others who have had the merit of achieving it. I have no idea if they still use it ...

Do you have others to me proposer?
Finally, there is Rannou Métivier , who I actually have a connection with. When I did my French exchange to Nantes during my engineering degree, my project was to invent a machine which would make their 'macarons' - up until that point they were done by hand. I managed to dream up something, but others had the hard task of turning my dreams into reality. I've no idea if they still use my machine...

So, have you got any suggestions for my collection?

Sample Of Wedding Contribution Card

names ... Magnifier

Elle n'a pas vraiment compris à quoi ça sert (si vous regardez de près vous verrez qu'elle a même dessiner in pencil on the glass). I tried to take her picture with a magnifying glass to eye, but no way to make him understand ...
I Was Trying To Get Her To Keep the magnifying glass in front of Her Eye, to get the 'bug eye' effect, to keep Could she "still long enough. As You Can See, she drew On the glass, so she twigged Has not Quite What the magnifying glass is for yet.

Contemporary Ceramic Vessels

Fantasy ... Fantasy

I remember in my youth (there are very, very long ...) to have heard discussions between 'major' - the Christians 'sincere' who discussed the value of the fantasy world. Some say we should not give books kind of fantastic, magical, magical to her children - not because it could lead to occultism, but because it concerned the non-real - so something that was not created by God.

Something like this ... I think there was an exception for the mere fiction 'realistic', but I'm not sure.

Today, this kind of reasoning "'logic' but completely devoid of common sense" sounded the general alarm at home. Station guru!

But lately I thought about this story, because I realized that cultivating the imagination in our children is a necessity if we want to teach the golden rule . Because I observed that people who are least able to "do unto others as they would like doing them" are those who can not "get to the place of another," they don ' come not to project into a reality other than their own.

And they are unimaginative.

So do not be afraid of Ents, they are nice!
I Have vague recollections, from Way Back When, of listening in on 'grown up' discussions Between Christians Who Were Debating the Merits (gold OTHERWISE) of fantasy and fiction. Some of Them That You Should not Give Maintained fantasy books to your children to read - not because they risked falling into occultism, but because fantasy concerns non-real worlds, not the world that God created for us to live in.

I think there was an exception for 'normal' fiction, but I'm not sure.

Nowadays that kind of "'logical' but completely devoid of common sense" thinking sets off my air-raid sirens.

I was reminded of these discussions recently because I realised that it is essential to cultivate our children's imaginations if we want to teach them the Golden Rule . I've observed over time that the people who are the worse at "doing unto others as they'd like to have them done to" are those who can't "put themselves In Another's Shoes ": They Can not project onto Themselves Someone else's reality.

Empathy Is Impossible Without imagination.

So, do not fear the Ents, they're here to help!

A Letter For A Depressed Friend

So what

Hello!

I hope you've noticed that some posts since the picture quality has improved: less problems of blurring and light!
By cons we are never free from problems related to the photographer! Here is a small bento on a tree well framed photo!

Hehe
In the bento colors we find: mushroom rice, soybeans and green beans, corn-raised lawyer with sesame wasabi!

I told you about earlier this year of silicone cake pan that I bought Kitty. I have not remade cake but since I bought other wonders!
For Valentine's Day last Monday suggesting Lidl silicone molds on this topic: mussels red heart-shaped and pink (big cake and plates of 4 or 6) at a ridiculous price (3.99euros ) compared to those already on the market!
A little hesitant about the quality I'm really excited!

A simple cake with yogurt chocolate chips!

And the little roses!
(heart molds were bought at the end of the mold by Kitty cons)

Bottom of the last photo of Fifi Mandirac again:)

A cheep!

Running late ... Overdue

That was the day of the anniversary of Kalia, and there was still the Christmas tree in our living room. It seems we love Christmas!
