In our last column of Dec. 7, 2009 we spoke of the forcing teleworking "and now we will think about the risks of exclusion induced by forcing if we want all employees to telecommute in jobs "teleworkers." Among the major risks of exclusion that seem related to this forcing, we find the family situation.

Telecommuting employees telework at home = family

The report "The development of telework in the digital society of tomorrow," written for the CAS (Center for Strategic Analysis) is a document very comprehensive and very interesting that addresses all aspects of telework.

A new anthem for the development of telework
