This agreement was discussed for many years. It was signed January 29, 2010 by all unions and Corrected (clerical) March 8, 2010. It is very detailed (17 pages).
Some points to note: *
supplies equipment at home are very complete (including furniture: desk, chair, same desk lamp!).
* An amount of 30 € is paid each month to the employee teleworking expenses for heating and occupancy ... If Oracle has initialized telework.
* The agreement recognizes that "The telecommuting agreement based on trust between the teleworker and his manager" (Article 1).
